When baning some one you firs temp ban them and once temp baned you must notify me or Whiteangel to explain why they are baned. This applyes for Admins and Moderators. If you are a Member and you see some one breaking the rules then tell a member of staff (if one is online) and/or make a ban appel to ask for them to be banned, this will follow in a vote to ban them so this means the comunity, Me and Whiteangl will also deside. This applys to everyone.
